I created an NFT collection on AtomicHub and have been receiving purchase offers normally. However, whenever I try to confirm the sale transaction, the process always fails. The last purchase offer I received was on October 2, 2025, but I couldn’t complete the transaction due to this recurring issue. Steps to Reproduce: Log into my AtomicHub account. Open my NFT collection. Receive a purchase offer. Try to confirm the transaction. The process fails before completion. Evidence: Attached are screenshots of the error occurring. Impact: I am unable to complete any NFT sales, which directly affects my trading activity on the platform. Additional Information: Date of last attempt: October 2, 2025 Browser used: (please specify, e.g., Google Chrome) Connected wallet: (e.g., WAX Cloud Wallet, Anchor, etc.) Request: I kindly ask for the technical team’s support to identify and fix this issue so that I can successfully confirm NFT sales on the platform.

I have tried on several occasions to sign in to Cloud Wallet with no entry. I use my password which is accepted, I click the Cloudflare human check which is successful. I then get the code request which arrives perfectly but once I enter it I just get a Login/Add account in the popup nothing happens after that, If I click login it just takes me back to the login page/popup. Please make this available in Brave.

For example: I watch this site: https://wax.atomichub.io/market/sale/wax-mainnet/Count-Bancula_162553368 Clicking on "Last Days" I can see a chart regarding that NFT. Switching to "Last Sales" I used to see a chart but since several months I cannot see any chart. Why is that the case? A wrong browser setting on my side or a bug on the side of wax.atomichub.io ? attached is SS of cloudfare dns error, i think its important your support link works bc there are a lot of malicious actors invading WAX ecosystem and we need to be able to work together to make WAX safer so it can thrive. idk if i am even posting in the right areas but had to do something. also a fake AH site ending in .icu domain i made another post about in bug reports.

title. full url is https://wax.atomichub.icu/drops/91653/ very well done fake copy of AH. i think your platform is awesome and WAX is the future, but we need to lookout for each other and not let AH / wax get assaulted by malicious bad actors. you should also compile a list of official and approved apps/sites/platforms that are using the AH API and are considered safe by your team, so then someone can easily determine a site like this is not safe. Also around the time i noticed the YEET transferred to my wallet, I was banned from Alien Worlds and MC for suspicious activity and i did not do anything against the terms, i only have 1 wax wallet, don't use any bots or anything, have been a player for 6+ months so i am appealing as well as investigating a possible connection. again thanks team.

Shows items that have been sold not showing new items, simply not updating with the blockchain. reported this several days ago and can't believe we are all still waiting for resolve.
